Who’s teaching this class?

Sophy Dale is an expert in community building and messaging. She works with small business owners around the world, helping them to find a steady stream of referrals, recommendations and repeat business, without having to rely on social media for their marketing.

She qualified as a Relational Dynamics Coach back in 2009 and has been working with service-based business owners - especially coaches, therapists and designers - since 2017. Her background is in publishing and, prior to her current marketing work, she was a book coach. Communication, storytelling and relationship building are the threads that have run through all of her work.
