Services for Past Clients Only

If you’d like extra help or updates from me after your custom website project has ended, here are your options.

Please note: this page, and the pricing on it, is ONLY for you. I don’t offer these ad-hoc services to the general public, or anyone who hasn’t worked with me on a 1:1 website project.

Option 1: Share a Day

Great for small-medium updates. I’ll work on your website changes, and let you know when they’re done.

• I usually set aside one day a month for this type of work. (If your request is urgent, see “Dedicated Day”, below.)

• Based on your wishlist, I’ll let you know how many hours I’m setting aside, and I may ask you to pay a deposit to hold the space in my calendar

• Your content (list of changes, words, and images) is due 3 business days before the date we agree

• $145 per hour

Chat first? If you would like a 20-30 minute Zoom chat to discuss your changes, I charge this at 50% of the rate above. If your work then totals 3 hours or more, I waive this portion altogether.

Option 2: Dedicated Day

This is a one-day focus project and we can get a lot done. You get my full attention, sooner.

It’s very similar to my Author Website Glow Up day, described here

• Perfect if you have a larger, priority project and you want to guarantee my time to work only with you

• Availability depends on my current project calendar, but I’ll always try to fit you in

• Includes planning advice, a planning call, up to 7 hours of dedicated expertise on the day, extra website backup, dead link fixes, and 7 days post-support for your questions

• Your content (list of changes, words, and images) is due 7 days beforehand

• $900 (instead of my “public” Glow Up Day rate of $1,200)

• One-third is due when booking, and the remainder on your day
